General Questions

Why should I choose hardwood floors?
Hardwood floors are durable and are more desirable when traffic and/or pets will cause heavy wear on carpets. The natural colors and patterns found in wood create a warm, bright and inviting living space.
Is it true that hardwood floors can provide a cleaner living space?
Yes. Carpeting attracts and holds many allergenic spores, dust-mites, animal dander and other unhealthy germs that are released every time you vacuum.
How long do hardwood floors last?
When properly maintained, hardwood floors will last generations. The average wood floor can and should be refinished every 10-12 years rather than replaced like other flooring options.
Do you give estimates?
Absolutely, all customers will receive an in-person free estimate before a home is scheduled.
Do you offer any warranty?
We offer a one year limited warranty on all our floor installations and refinishing jobs.
Should I attempt to refinish my floors myself?
We recommend not to. We have all the equipment and experience to do the job efficiently and correctly the first time. Additionally, unless you know the exact process used to install the floors, this can cause you additional headache and money.
